Website Fulfilment Coordinator
5 days a week - part time hours (ex. 9am-1pm)

Role Summary
Join our dynamic team in the Biscuit HQ based just outside of Dalkeith in Midlothian. Blending creativity and organisation to deliver outstanding service, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated Website Fulfilment Coordinator to wrap and pack all of our online orders and manage our premises day to day - from seamless customer service over telephone and email to accepting and checking off our exciting deliveries in order to prepare them for transfer to store.
A multi-tasker, you will work alongside our head office team, gaining invaluable experience into the behind the scenes nature of a growing independent womenswear business.

Day to Day Responsibilities
- Order Fulfilment: Ensure all online orders are fulfilled promptly, with stock adjustments and tracking completed accurately. Process refunds efficiently and keep customers informed of any order-related issues via email and telephone
- Customer Service: Deliver professional and friendly customer service via email and telephone at all times in order to boost sales and customer satisfaction
- Store Replenishment: Pick transfers to stores to replenish sold items and stock new arrivals.
- Warehouse Management: Oversee the warehouse premises, coordinating activities such as stock intake, organisation, and allocation of space for current stock and future deliveries.
- Consumable Management: Ensure consumables like paper, labels, and bubble wrap are adequately stocked.
- Stock Control: Conduct regular stocktakes, inspections, and identify any damaged goods. Collaborate with Buying and Merchandising teams to develop and implement effective stock control strategies.
- Liaison with Departments: Work closely with Buying, Merchandising, and ECommerce teams to ensure timely arrival, allocation, checking, and labelling of goods for dispatch to customers and stores.
- Purchase Order Setup: Assist in setting up purchase orders for new seasons and allocate barcode information to products before their arrival, liaising with the Merchandiser and suppliers as needed.
- Team Support: Provide cover when needed and assist with tasks during staff absences/holiday.
What You'll Need
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changes in delivery schedules and stock arrivals.
- Exceptionally well-organised and analytical, ideally proficient in using the Shopify system for logging stock intake, transfers, and order movements, however this isn't essential as full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills to keep other key team members informed about stock developments and orders
- Someone who is a multi-tasker and isn’t afraid to wear many hats to support the team to achieve targets and goals
